但也沒有要三級的意思
明天依舊搭高鐵北上授課
但就不能到處跑、到處吃吃喝喝就是了
還好訂的飯店好像蠻CHILL的
這間是有一次跟朋友在楓茶喝飲料打傳說時
他問我有沒有吃過對面那間圓圓圓
既然說了沒有，就是找時間去吃了

在凹子底捷運站一間小的複合式店面
印象旁邊有個二樓早午餐廳
這間客人非常多，連外帶、外送也是爆單的狀況
內用空間就是外面擺設的桌子
可以借用到隔壁東森房屋的騎樓空間也不簡單
雖然這是公共空間沒錯
店內基本上就式廚房等設備
菜單如下，種類非常多
大致上可以分為鍋燒類、簡餐、湯品、炸物
只是口味、主食非常多樣
因為種類實在太多也無法全部吃完
就直接豪點一波來完成這篇文章

我覺得他們炸物蠻好吃的欸
小肉豆一般，肉味、油味都適當
炸皮蛋是我近幾年愛吃的炸物，味道夠沒有餿味
米血口感軟黏不會過硬，味道也不錯蠻好吃的
🏷泰式椒麻腿排$70
炸雞味道、口感，都很像市場的攤販那種
口感非常酥脆，肉汁也很充足
只是油耗味比較重，也有點油膩感
撒上香料搭配泰式醬料，比較沒有特別的感覺
沾醬類型的概念，醬料味道正常
🏷類金莎脆皮雞排$99
是無骨雞排，但這邊的類金莎不太知道是什麼意思
因為吃起來沒有太多鹹蛋黃的味道
只知道有粿粉後去油炸，味道一般口感偏柴
配料、米飯一般，沒有過多的味道
🏷家傳礦肉$90
爌肉偏油膩，但鹹甜及肉味還不錯
肥肉的軟嫩黏著度夠，瘦肉也不會很柴
配菜一般味道足夠，但是醬汁太多了讓米飯整個泡爛
整體吃起來口感不太理想，所以就只把爌肉吃完了
🏷剝皮辣椒鍋燒$99
我原以為是把剝皮辣椒拿下去熬煮，但只是單純添加進去
湯頭還是原味，只是熬進不同食材味道，有點衝突複雜
感覺很彭湃，但實際份量還好，所有內容物味道都一般
麵條偏軟是我喜歡的，味道則是一般意麵味

🌟味道中規中矩，但是炸物我蠻喜歡的
會考慮外帶當作點心、配菜的那種喜歡
餐點口味非常多也沒能完全吃完
但主食特色要再加強一點，不然只是單純的吃粗飽~
🌟價錢方面依照他們份量是還可以接受
但以便當來說(主食、三菜、飯)就稍微貴了一點點
🌟環境部分在騎樓下不太理想，加上馬路空汙等等
🌟店家態度正常一般，上餐速度要等好一陣子
建議先打電話預約，不然會餓很久
🌟地理位置算是馬路口進巷弄的交會點，停車很不方便
📝比較少接觸這種複合式餐廳，刻板印象都是料理包也比較少寫
但現在好像越來越少看到這種店家(?)
